CHECK-IN
It is mandatory to communicate by e-mail the estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours in advance.
Except for special needs, the delivery of the rooms is scheduled from 15:00 to 22:00. For arrivals after midnight there is a supplement of € 15 per room.
Upon arrival it is necessary to provide a national identity document to fill in the P.S.
Upon arrival, it is mandatory to pay for the booked stay (for those who have not already done so on the relevant portals) and the municipal tourist tax of € 1.50 per person, per day.
On arrival, the room keys will be given. In case of loss, it is mandatory to inform the structure promptly and it will be necessary to charge the duplication cost of € 10.
The price includes the use of the room and private bathroom, the supply of towels and sheets (changed every 3 days), the use of TV and wifi, air conditioners / heat pumps and the use of all bathroom accessories.
Extraordinary linen change is not included in the price, as well as extraordinary cleaning.
Breakfast is provided only for the room + breakfast rate.
Pets are not allowed inside the structure.
Smoking is forbidden inside the rooms.
The guest can enter and leave the structure at any time. However, adequate behavior is required in respect of the peace of the other guests.
For reasons of public safety, access to the facility is not allowed to people who are not registered guests.
Guests have full responsibility for any crime contemplated by the civil and criminal code and for any damage caused to the furniture, structure or supply provided in the living room.
We kindly ask you to take care to turn off the external light in the courtyard, the light in the rooms, air conditioners, TVs and other systems when you are outside the structure.
RESERVATIONS
It is possible to pay for the room by credit card VISA, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
In the case of non-refundable reservations, neither changes nor cancellations are allowed.
The penalty of 100% of the stay will be applied.
